In the third and last chapter of his site-specific fiction STAND BY MONDRIAN, artist Ivan Dal Cin applies the aesthetic concepts of the Mondrian’s grid to everyday life.
A kind of “philosophical” selfie where you can randomly superimpose the colored grid to a photo, and get an interesting effect: the colored areas often cover part of the face, revealing other areas of the scene that would otherwise go unnoticed, moving the focus from the face to other details.
By applying the colored-grid filter you can find in the site, you can pimp your Mondrian too. Best if you do it during a toast (prost)!
